NOTES ON DISTRIBUTION AND PAYMENT OF SHUI CONTRIBUTIONS IN CASE AN EMPLOYEE SIGNS LABOR CONTRACT WITH MANY EMPLOYERS

According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 85 of the Law on Social Insurance in 2014;

Pursuant to Article 43 of the Vietnam Employment Law 2013;

Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 1 of the Law on Health Insurance as amended in 2014, or Clause 2, Article 13 of the Integrated Document of the Law on Health Insurance No. 01/VBHN-VPQH dated July 10, 2014; and

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 43 of the Law on Occupational Health and Safety 2015.

How to distribute and pay Compulsory Insurance in case an employee enters into a labor contract with many employers? Please refer to the following information:

– An employee who signs labor contracts with many employers shall only pay social insurance insurance for the first-signed labor contract;

– An employee who works under many labor contracts shall pay health insurance insurance according to the labor contract with the highest salary;

– An employee who enters into many labor contracts shall pay unemployment insurance following the first-signed labor contract;

– An employee who signs labor contracts with many employers shall pay occupational accident and occupational disease insurance under each signed labor contract.
