I) If the investor is a foreign individual:
- Legalized copy of the investor’s passport (with consular legalization, or a notarized copy if the person is already in Vietnam);
- Bank balance confirmation issued by the bank (must bear the bank’s stamp or digital signature and be accompanied by a notarized translation);
- Office rental contract signed by both parties for the company’s registered address in Vietnam (original or notarized copy). The Lessee’s name must exactly match the investor’s name, and the contract must clearly state that the premises are being rented as office space / for an investment project;
- Statutory registration forms prepared by VNC Consulting and signed by the investor.
II) If the investor is a foreign entity:
- Legalized copy of Business license of the parent company (with consular legalization and notarized translation);
- Legalized copy of Passport of the legal representative of the parent company (with consular legalization, or a notarized copy if the person is already in Vietnam);
- Legalized copy of the Passport of the authorized representative who will represent the parent company’s capital contribution in the Vietnam entity [ if this person is different from the legal representative of the parent company ], (with consular legalization, or a notarized copy if the person is already in Vietnam)
- Bank balance confirmation of the parent company (must bear the bank’s stamp or digital signature and be accompanied by a notarized translation);
- Office rental contract signed by both parties for the company’s registered address in Vietnam (original or notarized copy). The Lessee’s name must exactly match the investor’s name, and the contract must clearly state that the premises are being rented as office space / for an investment project;
- Statutory registration forms prepared by VNC Consulting and signed by the investor.
During the registration process, the authorities may request additional documents on a case-by-case basis.
