HOW TO CHANGE THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE OF A COMPANY ON VNeID ORGANIZATION IDENTITY

The Company must complete the Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) update before proceeding with the following steps:

1. The existing representative adds a new member (the new legal representative).
2. Important Note: Tick the permissions box to grant full administrative rights when adding a new member.
3. The new member nominates themselves as the new legal representative by going to the VNeID main interface >> Select “VNeID Organizaiton Indentity” function >> Select “Change the head, legal representative of the organization” function and entering the information.
4. Wait for the system to process and return the result.
